1 1/2 cups Butter (no substitutions )
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup Ground almonds
3/4 teaspoon Almond flavoring
2 1/4 cup flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Ground almonds

Almond Cookies (Norwegian) Directions

  1. Mix the butter, salt, powdered sugar, flavoring, flour, and almonds.
  2. Roll into small balls. do not use finely ground almonds for the cookies.
  3. roll in a mixture of sugar and ground almonds.
