| 3/4 cup Powdered sugar |
| 1 1/2 cup Ground almonds |
| 3/4 teaspoon Almond flavoring |

| 2 Tablespoons Sugar |
| 2 Tablespoons Ground almonds |
Almond Cookies (Norwegian) Directions
- Mix the butter, salt, powdered sugar, flavoring, flour, and almonds.
- Roll into small balls. do not use finely ground almonds for the cookies.
- roll in a mixture of sugar and ground almonds.
- Type flatten a little with the bottom of a sugared glass.
- Bake a t 350° for 12 to 15 minjutes until the cookies set.
