Add jello to boiling water until jello is dissolved. Add cold water and V-8 juice and combine.
stir in lemon juice, salt, green onions, and canned shrimp chill until solid enough to add solid ingredients.
add tomatoes, celery, green pepper and parsley. chill until set.
