Ingredients:
1 14 ounce loaf French or sour dough bread |
1.5 lbs hamburger, cooked (add more if needed) |
0.67 cup Parmesan cheese |
0.5 large onion |
0.5 cup green olives, sliced |
2 teaspoons` black olives, chopped |
0.5 teaspoon salt |
1.5 teaspoon oregano |
0.25 teaspoon pepper |
2 6 ounce cans tomato paste |
1 6 ounce cans tomato sauce |
3 tomatoes, thinly sliced |
10 slices sharp cheddar cheese |
Jumbo Pizza Loaf Directions
- Cut bread into thirds lengthwise
- Combine all ingredients except sliced tomatoes and the cheese
- Spread the mixture evenly on each of the bread slices
- Broil about 5 inches from coils for about 10 minutes
- Top with the Tomatoes and then cheese slices
- Return to broiler and heat until cheese melts
- Slice into serving pieces and enjoy ..eat while hot ..this is the best
