Combine in small saucepan jello, cornstarch and sugar. Add cold water and stir. While until mixture is clear. Cool about 30 minutes then pour over strawberries.
For the filling: Combine cream cheese with milk until soft and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread over bottom and up the sides of pie shell. Place strawberries on top and pour glaze over berries
For the pie shell I use of Graham cracker crust but a regular pie shell is OK. It's just up to your preference
