2 cans chicken broth
2 cups potatoes, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
0.5 cup onion, chopped
2 cups chopped ham
0.5 cup butter
0.5 cup flour
1 qt half & half
1 lb Velveeta cheese

Ham and Cheese Soup Directions

  1. Boil chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and chopped ham.
  2. Melt butter, add flour and cook till it come to a pase texture.
  3. Add half & Half and stir until thickened
  4. Add Velveeta cheese
  5. Stir until melted
  6. Add to vegetable mixture
