Ham and Cheese Soup Directions
- Boil chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and chopped ham.
- Melt butter, add flour and cook till it come to a pase texture.
- Add half & Half and stir until thickened
- Add Velveeta cheese
- Stir until melted
- Add to vegetable mixture
