6 slices bread buttered |
8 large eggs, beaten |
2 cups milk |
1 tsp oregano |
0.25 tsp dry mustard |
0.25 tsp garlic powder |
0.25 tsp salt |
0.13 tsp pepper |
1.5 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
1.5 cup Monterey Jack Cheese. grated |
1 4 ounce can chopped green chilis |
Book Club Quiche Directions
- Liberally greas a 9 x 13 inch quiche pan.
- Place bread in pan, buttered side down.
- Mix together eggs, milk, oregano, mustard, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
- Pour over bread.
- Sprinkle cheese and green chilies over top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour uncovered.
