Combine eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla; mix well.
Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder together.
Add zucchini to mixture, blend well.
Stir in chopped muts.
Grease and flour bread pans.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
When cool, icing may be added if desitred.
