Buttermilk Raisin Bran Muffins Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Line muffin tin with cupcake cups.
- In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, oil, and eggs, beat well.
- Add remaining two ingredients, stir until just moistened
- Fill prepared muffin cups half full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
