Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Beat in sugar, eggs, butter, salt, sour cream.
Beat in 2 cups flour, then knead in the rest.
Let rise until double.
Knead the dough 15 times, then roll into 2 (12 inch) circles.
Spread circles with melted butter; sprinkle with filling.
Cut into 12 wedges and rioll each one up(like a crescent.)
Let rise until double.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
For the filling: mix sugar and orange rind together and sprinkle on the dough
For the Glaze: Place butter, sugar, sour cream, and orange juice in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Boil over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour over rolls immediately after removing from the oven.
