Ingredients:

4 pork steaks, fat trimmed
1.5 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oragano leaves
1 teaspoon garlic salt
0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
3 Tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon salad oil

Chili Pork Steaks Directions

  1. GM off the excess fat from four pork steaks. Stir together chili powder oregano and garlic salt ground cumin, wine vinegar, and salad oil. Rub the chili mixture on both sides of the port's steaks. 
  2. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight. I put them in a casserole that has a weighted and chill them overnight. So much better marinated this way. 
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons salad oil in 12 inch frying pan, over medium high heat. When oil is hot, add pork steaks and cook for 5 minutes on each side. 
  4. This would also be great on a grill during the summer.
