Caesar Grilled Chicken
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice |
0.25 cup Parmesan cheese |
2 cloves garlic |
1.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
0.25 tsp Tabasco sauce |
2 Tbs rice wine vinegar |
1 tsp anchovy paste (about 2 anchovy filets) |
0.5 tsp sugar |
0.5 tsp salt |
0.25 tsp black pepper, freshly ground |
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 Tbs Dijon mustard |
1 whole chicken, cut up (chicken breasts work too! |
Golden Caesar BBQ Chicken Directions
- Place allingredients in the blender except the parmesan cheese and olive oil.
- Bend well scraping sides often..
- While blender is still running, slowly add the olive oil blending until it is all incorporated.
- Stop the blender and add Parmesan cheese, mixing well and scraping the sides..
- Pour into sealable container or bowl if you ar using right away.
- Wash chicken and blot dry
- Place chicken and marinade in bowl and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to 425°
- When grill is hot, add chicken and cook 10 to 15 minutes or chicken done , contiuously basting with remaining marinade.
