Ingredients

Bruschetta

1 large French Bread Loaf
1/3 cup olive oil
6 large plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3 Tbs Fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheeses, grated
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 splash balsamic vinegar

Bruschetta Directions

  1. Cut the franch bread into 1/2-inch slices,
  2. Brush with olive oil
  3. Place in oven under a broiler for about 3 minutes.
  4. Mix the remianing ingredients and place in a bowl.
  5. Place the bowl on a plattrer and placed the bread surrounding the bowl.
  6. Place a spoonful of the tomato mix on a french blead slice and enjoy!
