Ingredients

Lasagne

1 16 ounce box Lasagna noodles
1 16 ounce carton cottage cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 8 ounce pkgs Muenster cheese slices
1 lb ground beef

Little Lasagna Directions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. While cooking noodles, fry the meat and drain off fat.
  3. Spoon noodles into 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
  4. Spread all cottage cheese over the noodles.
  5. Spread meat over the cottage cheese layer.
  6. Cut Muenster cheese into strips and place in a layer over the meat.
  7. Pour 1/2 the sauce over the cheese.
  8. Place another layer of cheese strips over the sauce; top with remaing sauce.
  9. Bake uncovered, in 375° overn 30 - 45 minutes or until bubbles start to form.
  10. Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
