Ingredients
Chick-Fil-A Copycat Coleslaw
1 small head cabbage, finely shredded |
1 small carrot, finely shredded |
Chick-Fil-A Copycat Coleslaw Dressing
1/2 cup buttermilk |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup white sugar |
2 Tbs lemon juice |
2 Tbs White vinegar |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/8 Tbs black pepper, freshly ground |
Coleslaw Directions
- In a bowl, whist the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper until well blended.
- In a large bowl, add the shredded cabbage snd carrots, tossing until well combines,
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables; toss to coat.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
