| 3 cups milk |
| 1/2 cup Bisquick |
| 1/4 cup butter or margarine |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 4 large eggs |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Amazing Coconut Pie Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a date narrow bowl, except for the coconut.
- Blend well with either blender or mixer at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased pan or deep pipe dish. Let sit 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut evenly over top. Bake at 350° about 40 minutes (knife comes out clean.) Cool to room temperature.
- Optional: top each serving with cool whip.
