Ingredients:

3 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Amazing Coconut Pie Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a date narrow bowl, except for the coconut. 
  2. Blend well with either blender or mixer at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased pan or deep pipe dish. Let sit 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut evenly over top. Bake at 350° about 40 minutes (knife comes out clean.) Cool to room temperature. 
  3. Optional: top each serving with cool whip.
