Dressing:

salad oil

Tablespoon
soy sauce

red wine vinegar

Brown almonds and broken noodles in butter.
Combine all and when ready to serve, toss with noodles and dressing.
TIP:
For the dressing: Flavors blend best if made night before.
TIP: I also have made everything early except adding chopped napa when about ready to go.
