In a large bowl combine chicken, salt and pepper, onion, celery, grapes, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
refigerate.
Cook Macaroni in salted water until tender.
Rinse and cool
Add to chicken mixture
Fold whipped cream into chicken mixture.
