Cook the Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.
Cool slightly.
Add the artichoke hearts, onions, water chestnuts, sliced mushrooms, turkey and olives.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, curry powder, slat & pepper..
Add to the main salad and serve.
