4 cup chopped raw vegetables, i.e. carrots, red pepper, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, green or red beel peppers, zucchini and hearts of palm |
2 ounces feta crumbled |
1 cup Kalamata olives |
2 cup basil leaves, torn |
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil |
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar |
0.25 tsp salt |
0.13 tsp freshly ground pepper |

- Toss all ingredients together,
