Caramel Oatmeal Bars

1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
0.75 cup brown sugar, packed
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.25 tsp salt
0.75 cup butter or margarine, melted
6 ounce chocolate chips
1 cup caramel ice cream topping

Caramel Oatmeal Bars Directions

  1. Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt well;
  2. Add melted butter
  3. Pat 1/2 mixture in 8 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Cook 10 minutes at 350°
  5. Remove from oven and andd chocolatechips and caramel toppin on top.
  6. top with remaining mixture.
  7. Bake 15 minutes at 350°
