Blend flour, salt, brown sugar, and butter like you would a pie crust.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°
Pour mixed nuts over the crust.
Mix together butterscotch chips, butter and corn syrup.
Pour over nuts and bake 10 more minutes at 350°.
Cut when cool
