In a small skillet, melt butter over high heat.
Add brownsugar and melt.
Add banana slices and vanilla extract cooking 1 minute to carmelize the banana
Add rum; using a match, light the rum
Let the flame burn until the alcohol burns off.
Pour melted ice cream on a plate.
Place bread over the melted ice cream, top with non melted ice cream.
Top Ice cream with banana mixture.
Serve immediately.
