Ingredients:

1 16 ounce can refried beans
1 7 ounce can green chili salsa
1 pint sour cream
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup avocados, sliced

Hot Mexican Bean Dip Directions

  1. In saucepan, heat refried beans. Place on large platter. Cover with green chili salsa. In small bowl, mix sour cream and taco mix until well-blended. Pour over salsa. Top with onion, tomato, cheeses, olives and avocado. Serve with corn chips.
