For the sauce: saute' onions and green peppers - Add remining ingredients and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
For the pizza dough: Preheat oven to 425° for 15 to 20 minutes before baking. Brush 812 inch pizza pan with olive oil.
In a large bowl combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Stir in water and oil, mix together until well blended.
Gradually add 1/2 cup flour, stirring until a soft dough is formed and dough ball begins to leave sides of bowl; doll will be slightly sticky.
Knead dough on a lightly floured work surface until smooth and elastic (about 4 to5 minutes.) If additional flower is needed to keep dough from sticking, gradually add a few tablespoons at a time, try to use as little flour as possible
Tip:: hands with olive oil to keep dough from sticking you can also duster hands with flower.
Using your fingertips, presto out to fit the pizza pan. Apple disservice to make indentations to hold the sauce.
Press the dough lightly with olive oil spread pizza sauce over the dough, using the back of a ladle or spoon to spread evenly. Make sure your sauce is not hot.
For the toppings and rest of pizza: Top with the sausage links, mushrooms, sliced olives, pepperoni, parmesan cheese and finally the provolone
Bake on bottom oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and the crust is browned.
