3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
1/2 cup evaporated milk
5 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Yum-Yum Choco-Mallow Frosting Directions

  1. And a small electric mixer bowl, blend confectioners' sugar and evaporated milk. Add unsweetened chocolate that is melted; and mix until blended. Add butter and vanilla and almond extract; Mix until smooth, creamy. Fold in miniature marshmallows. Use to fill and frost 28 inch or nine in its cake layers, or two 9 inch by 9 inch by 2 inch layers.
