Ingredients:

6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cup milk
1 cup drained vegetable liquid

Potato Soup Directions

  1. Cut potatoes, onions. Combine a celery in boiling water. Add salt. Cook until tender. Drain and save liquid. Mast vegetables. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour. Remove from heat and add milk slowly, stirring well. Thick and overheat. Season to taste. Add sauce and potato water two mashed vegetables, beat until smooth. Serve
