Ingredients

Hot Dip

1 lb sausage
3 large tomatoes, chopped
2 small onions
2 med green peppers, chopped
1 lb sour cream
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
2 small cans chopped green chilis

Hot Dip Directions

  1. Brown sausage and drain well.
  2. Add onion and green peppers.
  3. Simmer 2 - 3 minutes and add tomatoes; simmer 1 minute (Don't cook tomatoes too long.)
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Serve warm or cold with tortilla chips
