Ingredients

1 3 ounce package Jello, any flavor
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups Whipped topping

Rainbow in a Cloud Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and pour into 8-inch square pan.
  3. Chill until firm. At least 3 hours.
  4. Cut into cubes using a sharp knife dipped in hot water.
  5. To remove the cubes from pan, quickly dip pan in warm water.
  6. When cubes are slightly loosened, remove with spatula.
  7. Spoon into 1/3 cup of the whipped toping into dessert glasses.
  8. Using back of the spoon, make depressions in the middle of the whipped toppin pushing the excess up the sides of the desert glass.
  9. Spoon in the gelatin cubes in the dessert glasses onthe whipped topping.
  10. chill
  11. Makes 4 servings
