1 3 ounce package Jello, any flavor |
1 cup boiling water |
1/2 cup cold water |
1 1/2 cups Whipped topping |
Rainbow in a Cloud Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add cold water and pour into 8-inch square pan.
- Chill until firm. At least 3 hours.
- Cut into cubes using a sharp knife dipped in hot water.
- To remove the cubes from pan, quickly dip pan in warm water.
- When cubes are slightly loosened, remove with spatula.
- Spoon into 1/3 cup of the whipped toping into dessert glasses.
- Using back of the spoon, make depressions in the middle of the whipped toppin pushing the excess up the sides of the desert glass.
- Spoon in the gelatin cubes in the dessert glasses onthe whipped topping.
- chill
- Makes 4 servings
