1 1/3 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp flour
42 ounces shredded sweetened coconut (3 pkgs)

Coconut Macaroons II Directions

  1. Place corn syrup, sugar, and water in a pan. Bring to boil and the candy reaches 216°
  2. Remove from stove and beat mixture, adding vanilla and flour.
  3. Add enough coconut to make the candy hold its shape.(About 3 packages.)
