5 medium potatoes |
2/3 cup milk |
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce |
1/4 lb American cheese, grated |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
2 Tbs butter |
1 dash paprika, to taste |
Scalloped Potatoes Directions
- Cut the poataoes like french fries or in cubes.
- Cook, covered in milk for 40 minutes at 350°
- Remove lid.
- Add cheese, butter and paprika to taste.
- Cook 20 minutes longer, Or microwave on high for 10 minuts.
- Take lid off and microwave on medium to low for an additional 5 minutes.
