Ingredients

Potatoes

5 medium potatoes
2/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 lb American cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs butter
1 dash paprika, to taste

Scalloped Potatoes Directions

  1. Cut the poataoes like french fries or in cubes.
  2. Cook, covered in milk for 40 minutes at 350°
  3. Remove lid.
  4. Add cheese, butter and paprika to taste.
  5. Cook 20 minutes longer, Or microwave on high for 10 minuts.
  6. Take lid off and microwave on medium to low for an additional 5 minutes.
