Ingredients

Topping

2 Tbs bread crumbs
2 Tbs olive oil
1 dash garlic

Tomato

2 large tomatoes, slice in 1/2 inch thick
1 dash salt & pepper
1 tsp topping, recipe above
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil

Broiled Tomatoes Directions

  1. Per tomato; mix in bowl.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half and add in order, salt and pepper, topping,Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
  3. Broil 2-3 minutes.
  4. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes
