Ingredients

Enchiladas

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbs chili powder
1 small can chopped olives
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 dozen corn tortillas
2 cups cheddar cheese grated
2/3 cup water.

Layered Enchilada Pie Directions

  1. Saute meat, onion, and garlic.
  2. Stir in seasonings, olives and tomato sauce.
  3. In casserole, alternate 3 tortillas with meat sauce and grated cheese.
  4. Do it again.
  5. Pour water around edges.
  6. Cover and bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
