2/3 cup honey
1 cup banana, mashed
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
