3 medium bananas, very ripe,and mashed well |
2 large eggs, well beaten |
2 cup flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp baking soda |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
Banana Nut Bread Directions
- Mix bananas and eggs.
- Stir in flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
- Add walnuts and blend.
- Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Cook at 350° for about 40 minutes. Check at 30 minutes or so to see if it's done, should be lightly browned on top and not too gooey when you stick a fork in the middle.
- Makes 1 loaf.
