Ingredients
Double BLT
8 strips bacon, halved |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar |
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper |
1/8 tsp salt |
8 slices bread, toasted |
2 cups spring mix salad greens |
8 slices cherry tomatoes |
1 medium ripe avocado |
Double BLT Directions
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- When done, place on paper towels to drain.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Spread the mayonnaise on the four slices of toasted bread.
- Layer the bacon, salag greens, tomatoes and avocadoes in order.
- Spread mayonnaise over the remaining toast and place on top of the sandwich.
- Slice in half.
- Serve
