Double Chocolate Chip Pancakes

2 cups Bisquick
2 Tbs instant chocolate drink mix
2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg, room tmperature
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
Maple syrup and whipped butter

Double Chocolate Chip Pancakes Directions

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the biscuit mix, coca drink mix, and baking powder
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and sour cream, and stir into the dry ingredients until just moistened.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter onto a greased, pre-heated griddle by 1/4 cup full, cooking each side until golden brown and the middle is done
  5. Serve hot with hot maple syrup and whipped butter.
