2 cups Bisquick |
2 Tbs instant chocolate drink mix |
2 tsp baking powder |
1 large egg, room tmperature |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips |
Maple syrup and whipped butter |
Double Chocolate Chip Pancakes Directions
- In a large bowl, sift together the biscuit mix, coca drink mix, and baking powder
- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and sour cream, and stir into the dry ingredients until just moistened.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter onto a greased, pre-heated griddle by 1/4 cup full, cooking each side until golden brown and the middle is done
- Serve hot with hot maple syrup and whipped butter.
