Ingredients

Boneless Buffalo Wild Wings Flour dredge

3 pounds chicken tenderloins
1 cup flour
1 Tbs All-purpose seasoning
1 Tbs paprika
1 Tbs black pepper, fresh ground
1 12 ounce bottle buffalo wing sauce

Boneless Buffalo Wild Wings Egg Wash

1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
182 cup water

Buffalo Wings Directions

  1. Remove the tendon from the chicken breast tenders and cut into 2" pieces
  2. Make the egg wash byw whisking together the egg, milk and water, set aside
  3. In a big ziplock freezer bag add flour, seasoned salt, paprika,pepper.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and shake to coat.
  5. Remove the pieces and dip into  the prepared egg wash, making sure to  coat well
  6. After the egg wash, put the pieces back in the bag with the flour mixture, and make sure to coat the chicken pieces well
  7. Remove chicken from bag and fry at 375° for 5 minutes.
  8. Place chicken on paper towls to drain
  9. When all chicken is done, place in a bowl and toss with Buffalo wing sauce
