Boneless Buffalo Wild Wings
2 pounds chicken breast |
2 tsp salt |
1 tsp cumin |
1 tsp pepper, fresh ground |
1 tsp chili powder |
2 tsp onion powder |
2 tsp garlic powder |
2/3 cup cornstarch |
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
2 large eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melter |
12 ounces Frank's Buffalo hot sauce |
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
1 tsp cornstarch |
Boneless Buffalo Wings Directions
- Cut chicken into 2 inch strips and set aside
- Make the egg wash using the eggs, milk in a bowl and set aside
- Mel;t the butter ina bowl and set aside
- In a large freezer bag combine the salt, cumin,pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cornstarch, and flour
- Put the chicken strips in the butter, remove them and put in the ziplock bag with the flour ingredients and shake, coating the chicken well.
- Remove chicken from the bag and dip in the egg wash,
- Placed the chicken bakc in the bag and cover pieces well with four mixture.
- Fry the chicken pieces at 375° for 4 minutes and place chicken pieces on papaer towel to drain.
- In a sauce pan, combine the buffalo hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch, cooking over low heat until sauce begins to thicken and cronstarch is cooked.
- Place chicken in a large bowl, pour the hot sauce over the chicken, mixing well.
- Serve!
