Ingredients

Boneless Buffalo Wild Wings

2 pounds chicken breast
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper, fresh ground
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2/3 cup cornstarch
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melter
12 ounces Frank's Buffalo hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

Boneless Buffalo Wings Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 2 inch strips and set aside
  2. Make the egg wash using the eggs, milk  in a bowl and set aside
  3. Mel;t the butter ina bowl and set aside
  4. In a large freezer bag combine the salt, cumin,pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cornstarch, and flour
  5. Put the chicken strips in the butter, remove them and put in the ziplock bag with the flour ingredients and shake, coating the chicken well.
  6. Remove chicken from the bag and dip in the egg wash,
  7. Placed the chicken bakc in the bag and cover pieces well with four mixture.
  8. Fry the chicken pieces at 375° for 4 minutes and place chicken pieces on papaer towel to drain.
  9. In a sauce pan, combine the buffalo hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch, cooking over low heat until sauce begins to thicken and cronstarch is cooked.
  10. Place chicken in a large bowl, pour the hot sauce over the chicken, mixing well.
  11. Serve!
