Ingredients

Ambrosia Salad

5 med tangerines, peeled and separated ( canned is ok)
20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1 Tbs honey
184 cup flaked coconut
8 ounce yougurt

Amrosia Salad Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and gently stir.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
  3. Just before serving, cut one banana and stir gently into the salad. sprinkle 1/4 cup flaked coconut
