Ambrosia Salad
5 med tangerines, peeled and separated ( canned is ok) |
20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained |
1 Tbs honey |
184 cup flaked coconut |
8 ounce yougurt |
Amrosia Salad Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and gently stir.
- Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
- Just before serving, cut one banana and stir gently into the salad. sprinkle 1/4 cup flaked coconut
