2 9 ounce can bean dip |
3 ripe avocados, mashed |
2 Tablespoon lemon juice |
8 ounce sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 1 ounce pkg taco seasoning mix |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
1 6 ounce black olives |
1 large tomato, chopped |
1 16 ounce cheddar cheese |
4 Layer Bean Dip Directions
- FIRST LAYER: Spread bean dip into pan. SECOND LAYER: Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice. Put on top of beaten dip.
- THIRD LAYER: Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasonings. Spread on top of avocado layer.
- FOURTH LAYER: Chop green onions mixed with sliced black olives and chopped tomato. Spread/sprinkle over sour cream layer. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Serve with taco chips.
