| 3 Tablespoons olive oil |

Stuffed Mushrooms (Gilmore Girls-Inspired) Directions
- Prep Mushrooms: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean mushrooms; remove stems and finely chop stems for filling.
- Make Filling: In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil; sauté chopped stems and garlic 5 min. Mix with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, thyme, cream cheese, salt, and pepper (add walnuts if using).
- Stuff: Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet. Fill each with 1–2 tsp filling, pressing gently.
