Ingredients:
1 medium head napa cabbage, copped |
5 green onions, copped |
2 packages ramen noodles |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup almonds, slivered |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
Dressing:
3/4 cup salad oil |
1 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
Chinese Salad Directions
- Brown almonds and broken noodles in butter.
- Combine all and when ready to serve, toss with noodles and dressing.
- TIP:
- For the dressing: Flavors blend best if made night before.
- TIP: I also have made everything early except adding chopped napa when about ready to go.
