1 9 inch pie crust |
6 cups apples, peeled and sliced |
1 6.5 ounce package Carmel apple wraps |
1/2 cup flour |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1/2 `teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup margarine or butter |
Crunchy Carmel Apple Pie Directions
- Place half of the apples and pie shell and top with caramel sheets. Add remaining apples and the caramel sheet; stretch tightly to cover top. Combine flour and sugar cinnamon nuts cut in margarine until Mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over caramel sheet and bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
