Apple Crisp

3 cup apples, sliced
1 Tbs lemon juice
6 Tbs butter
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Apple Crisp I Directions

  1. Mix apples and lemon juice.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Cut in butter.
  4. Put 1/3 flour mix in baking dish.
  5. Add apple and lemon juice.
  6. Top with rest of flour mix.
  7. Bake 35 minutes at 375°
