1/2 cup flour |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
1/3 cup melted butter |
4 cups fresh or frozen fruit of your choice |
Any Fruit Crisp Directions
- Mix together the dry ingredients.
- Add the melted butter and toss together, keeping the mixture pretty lumpy, but not dry.
- Arange fruit in a somewhat even layer on bottom of a 9 x 9 - inch pan (you can use a 9x13-inch pan if you double the recipe.)
- Cover with the topping mixture.
- Bake uncovered at 375° for about 30 minutes or until top is browned and fruit is juicy and bubbly.
Notes
Fruit suggestions:
- Strawberries, raspberries, and rhubarb
- Frozen raspberries and blackberries
- Apples, add 1 tsp cinnamon to topiing ingredients.
- Apples and cranberries
