Ingredients

Chicken Strips

1 large egg
1/3 Tbs prepared mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb chicken tenderloins

Crispy Chicken Strips Directions

  1. Preheat over to 400°
  2. In a shallow bowl, beat egg, mustard, and garlic
  3. In a seperate bowl, combine the bread crumbs with seasoning.
  4. Dip the chicken in the egg and then coat with the seasoned bread mxture,
  5. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 10 to 15 minutes and che chicken is golden brown and inside isn't pink.
