1 large egg |
1/3 Tbs prepared mustard |
1 clove garlic, minced |
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs |
2 tsp dried basil |
1 tsp paprika |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1 lb chicken tenderloins |
Crispy Chicken Strips Directions
- Preheat over to 400°
- In a shallow bowl, beat egg, mustard, and garlic
- In a seperate bowl, combine the bread crumbs with seasoning.
- Dip the chicken in the egg and then coat with the seasoned bread mxture,
- Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes and che chicken is golden brown and inside isn't pink.
