Ingredients

Angel Chicken Pasta

6 large skinless, boneless chicken halves
1/4 cup butter
1 0.7 once pkg Italian style salad dressing mix
1/2 cup white wine ( can use white grape juice with 2 tsp balsamic vinegar)
1 10.75 ounce golden mushroom soup
4 ounce cream cheese with chives
1 lb angel hair pasta

Angel Chicken Pasta Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325° (165°).
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  3. Stir in package of dressing mix.
  4. Blend in wine and golden mushroom soup.
  5. Mix in  cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  6. Heat through but do not boil.
  7. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  8. Pour sauce over.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
  10. Twenty minutes before the chicken is done, bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a rolling boil.
  11. Cook pasta until aldente. about 5 minutes.
  12. Drain.
  13. Serve chicken and sauce over the pasta.
