Ingredients
Chicken or Turkey Roll
1 chicken, boiled, skinned and diced |
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
1 8 ounce can mushrooms, diced (optional) |
1 cup bread crumbs |
3 8 count can crescent rolls |
Gravy
2 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup |
1 can evaporated milk |
10.5 ounces water |
Baked Chicken or Turkey Roll Directions
- Cream the chicken, cream cheese , butter or margarine, and mushrooms together and set aside.
- Roll out the crescent rolls and separate.
- Place enough chicken filling in each one to fill.
- Seal the roll making a ball shape.
- Roll in melted butter and bread crumbs.
- Place on a sprayed/greased casserole dish or cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Mix together the gravy and heat;
- Pour over baked rolls and serve.
