Ingredients

Chicken or Turkey Roll

1 chicken, boiled, skinned and diced
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 8 ounce can mushrooms, diced (optional)
1 cup bread crumbs
3 8 count can crescent rolls

Gravy

2 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
10.5 ounces water

Baked Chicken or Turkey Roll Directions

  1. Cream the chicken, cream cheese , butter or margarine, and mushrooms together and set aside.
  2. Roll out the crescent rolls and separate.
  3. Place enough chicken filling in each one to fill.
  4. Seal the roll making a ball shape.
  5. Roll in melted butter and bread crumbs.
  6. Place on a sprayed/greased casserole dish or cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
  8. Mix together the gravy and heat;
  9. Pour over baked rolls and serve.
