Ingredients

parmigiana

6 Chicken Breasts Skinless
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 cup Panko/Bread crumbs
1 teaspoon fresh, chopped basil
1 teaspoon fresh, chopped oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees Farneheit. Lightly grease 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Filet the chicken breasts in half to make the chicken breasts thinner.
  3. In a sauce pan place the butter and garlic and saute until garlick a lightly browned
  4. Put the buttry garlic in a bowl with olive oil.
  5. In a seperate bowl, add the panko, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, pepper and salt. and mix throughly
  6. Dip the chicken in the galic-olive oil mixture, then in the panko-parmesan mixture till well covers and place in baking pan. 
  7. Arrange chicken and  pour over any left over panko. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven or until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
  8. I top with spaghetti sauce and provolone cheese 5 minutes before the chicken is done and serve with bowtie pasta.
