8 large eggs
1/2 cup half & half
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

Baked Denver Breakfast Omlet Directions

  1. Blend the eggs in a bowl with the cream.
  2. Strin in the cheese, ham, green pepper, and onion.
  3. Puor into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
  4. Bake at 400° for until golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
